upon payment, you will receive a link to the hq transparent file, and the design will be yours to use freely (so long as the rules stated under 'general' are followed).

adopt payments are processed exclusively through paypal.

i do not offer refunds; all sales are final!

i hold the right to refuse to sell an adopt to anyone for any reason.

after i send you my payment information, you'll have approximately 24 hours to send payment before another buyer has the right to claim. if there's any reason you might not be able to pay within this timeframe, please let me know!

holds are not allowed, (unless i stated otherwise)

credit me as the designer. i'd prefer it if you linked back to my profile (toyhouse), but you're free to link any of my active socials.

you don't have to credit me every time you draw the design. just do so when and where it is appropriate.

you may not claim to be the creator of the design; only the owner of the character.

adopts are sold for personal use by default. please send me an inquiry if you're interested in using a design commercially.

my designs and artwork may not be used in any way for a.i or nft purposes.

do not use my designs for anything that promotes illegal activity, hate, violence, or discrimination in any way, shape, or form.

upon purchase and transfer of ownership, you may disregard any names or descriptions i might have used to promote the adoptable. you are free to rename them as you please. they're yours now, after all!

i retain intellectual property rights to the original art, and may use it in portfolio displays and future commission advertisements.

you are free to crop, resize, or rotate the artwork to use as you please.

under no circumstances are you allowed to edit the base artwork. redesigns are permitted - i'd just ask that you make any changes on a separate drawing!

you may trade or gift the purchased design as you please.

resells are permitted. you are not allowed to resell the adopt for more than the initial price unless you've created or commissioned additional art. gift art (including artfight attacks) is not counted under this rule.

if transferring a design outside of toyhouse's built in system, i'd appreciate it if you let me know who the new owner is.

you may not transfer my designs to any users listed under my blacklist.

violating any rules listed above will result in a blacklist.
